Abstract

Electronic Medical Record (RME) has been widely applied in Indonesian hospitals. RME can help better management of patient health services. Denpasar Bhayangkara Hospital has implemented RME in emergency outpatient polyclinic services since March 2022 and is currently developing it so that it can be applied to inpatient installations. MMUST is a model to find out the description of the system in the mandatory environment, namely information quality, information satisfaction, performance expectations, employee attitudes, overall satisfaction, and overall usefulness. By knowing this description, appropriate recommendations can be found to maximize the use of RME to improve the quality of health services. This research is quantitative with cross sectional method. The population is outpatient workers. A sample of 95 people with simple random sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire totaling 33 questions. Data analysis with univariate analysis. The results showed that the quality of RME information was 51.6% good, information satisfaction was 51.6% good, performance expectations were 51.6% good, staff attitudes were 52.6% good, overall satisfaction was 54.7% good and overall benefits were 54. 7% is fine. The conclusion is that the description of the implementation of RME in the outpatient polyclinic at Bhayangkara Hospital Denpasar is in the good category for all variables. It is recommended to always maintain the quality and performance of RME, evaluate RME in terms of appearance, security and convenience, and speed up the implementation of full RME in services.
